Ситуационен Подход Към Ръководството На Проектния Екип – Необходимост И Практико- Приложни Аспекти

Abstract

Почти всички изследвания върху качествата и управленския стил на проектния мениджър имат универсален характер и постулират изводи и обобщения, които не са съобразени с конкретната ситуация, в която се изпъл- нява самият проект. Целта на настоящата статия е да внуши идеята, че ръководството на проектния екип изисква прилагане на ситуационен подход, съобразен с типа на изпълнявания проект. Във връзка с това се разглеждат основните професионални и лични качества на проектния мениджър и се представят няколко типологии: 1) типология на проектните мениджъри – изследовател, координатор, водач и администратор;2) модели на ръководство в екипа – йерархичен, ръководител на екип, координатор на екип, споделено лидерство и самоуправляващ се екип; 3) типология на проектите – 13 типа, групирани в четири категории. Представят се възможности за избор на проектен мениджър и управленски модел в зависимост от конкретната специфика на проекта, включително фазата от неговия жизнен цикъл.
