Abstract

Статията разглежда проблема за индивидуализацията на глобалното развитие, предизвикана от промените през ХХІ век. Обосновава се необходимостта да се прибегне до употребата на нови методи при анализиране на субективния характер на глобалната икономика и политика в процеса на формиране на съвременна институционална система, като се вземат предвид тенденциите за глобална корпоратизация, конкуренция, лидерство, социализация и екологизация. Авторът също така разглежда предпоставките и мотивите за глобалното индивидуално лидерство в икономическата, политическата, социалната и културната сфери на дейност, заедно с техните особености на територията на Украйна и очертава решаващата роля на иновативните лидери за гарантирането на процесите на глобализация.
