Abstract

В статията на основата на методите на квантифициране е разкрита взаимовръзката между държавата, индивидите, работодателите и висшите училища. Стига се до извода, че висшето образование е основа за соци- ално-икономическото развитие и ефективността на пазара на труда, която може да послужи на правителствата при формирането на политиката по отношение висшето образование чрез показателя професионално квалификационно съответствие.
