Практикоприложни Аспекти На Счетоводното Бюджетиране

Abstract

За разлика от българската, в световната счетоводна теория и практика счетоводството, бюджетирането и анализът съществуват като едно цяло. Ситуацията у нас през последните години наложи един нов поглед към бюджетирането в предприятията. Управляващите имат вече нужда от план за дейността на предприятието за предстоящия и бъдещите отчетни периоди и от възможност за обвързване на фирменото планиране с процеса за определяне степента на изпълнение на дейността. Счетоводният персонал изпита по-силна потребност от определяне на бюджетни показатели и от съпоставяне на фактическите показатели с бюджетните. Така у нас постепенно се заговори за „счетоводно бюджетиране“. С него се асоциира процеса на определяне на количествено и стойностно изражение на продажбите,производството, разходите, инвестициите в нетекущи материални и нематериални активи, текущите активи и пасиви, па- ричните постъпления и плащания и други. Крайният резултат или т. нар. продукт от процеса на бюджетиране намира израз на хартиен носител в документ с наименованието „бюджет“ (план).
