Конструиране На Режимите За Финансиране Развитието На Малкия Бизнес В Условията На Нова Индустриална Политика

Abstract

В статията се изследват проблемите, свързани с източника на финансиране на икономическите реформи в съвременна Украйна. Приоритетен сегмент в това отношение е малкият и среден бизнес Изтъква се, че при взаимоотношенията между банките и субектите на предприемаческата дейност възниква конфликт на интересите. Във връзка с това авторите очертават ролята на държавата чрез въвеждане на специални регулаторни режими при кредитиране на предприемаческите структури. Подчер- тава се и ролята на борсите и борсовите механизми, както и механизмите за осъществяване на разплащанията (с акцент върху акредитивната форма). Изследва се взаимодействието на общодържавния и съвкупността от отрасловите финансово-регулаторни режими. Ключови думи: режим на финансиране, малък и среден бизнес, финансово-регулаторни режими, банки, борси, кредитиране, конфликт на интереси,акредитивна форма на плащане, иновации.
