Abstract

В изследването е възприета тезата, че културата е „човешката част”(фактор) от международната среда, с нейните връзки и взаимоотношения.Разработката е жалонирана по следния начин:Част първа обхваща разсъждения за движещите сили на феномена мултикултурализъм. Поставени са и мостови фрагменти, насочващи вниманието към микроравнище. Във втората част ударението е поставено върху релацията: „Форми на международен бизнес – Риск от пресичане на култури”. Изградена е двувекторна матрица за изследване на тази релация.В част трета са приведени три актуални изследвания на HBS. Стига се до извода, че се преминава от класическа към неокласическа визия за развитието на международния бизнес, разсъждавано е и за „култура на конкурентите”.Накрая, вместо заключение е конструирана синтезирана теоретична схема за изследване състоянието и осъществяването на международните връзки.
