Abstract

Обект на изследване в статията са проблемите по определяне на средната справедлива цена на килограм живо тегло на животните от определена възрастова група. Доразвити са конкретни теоретико-методични постановки, като за база е използвана информация от практиката. Обоснована е възможността за прилагане в практиката на изискванията на Счетоводен стандарт 41 Селско стопанство за отчитане по справедлива стойност на биологичните активи и на селскостопанската продукция. Предложен е модел, които дава възможност да се определи цената на обекта, подлежащ на отчитане, и на тази основа да се получи информация за нуждите на управлението.
