Поведенческа Асиметрия И Групови Решения

Abstract

В статията се разглежда поведенческата асиметрия във връзка с изработването и вземането на групови решения. Неопределеността, която поведенческата асиметрия съдържа в себе си изправя ръководителите пред не малко трудности. Познаването на причините, водещи до асиметрия в поведението на членовете на групата и формите на нейното проявление, могат да бъдат полезни за ръководителите при регулирането на отношенията между отделните личности. Правилното въздействие върху поведенческата асиметрия е един от съществените фактори за ефективни управленски резултати, който е от равнището на образованието, професионалните умения, системата на материално стимулиране и др.
