Изследване На Образователни Потребности В Сферата На Защита Правата На Потребителите В България

Abstract

Статията представя резултатите от изследване, имащо за задача да се оцени наличието на предпоставки за търсене на образователни продукти в областта на защита правата на потребителите в България. Направен е анализ на институционалната рамка на процеса в България и са представени резултати от анкетно проучване сред представители на четирите основни заинтересовани страни – държавните институции, ангажирани със защита правата на потребителите; НПО, подпомагащи процеса; потребителите и фирми, предлагащи стоки и услуги. Проучването представя гледните им точки относно това доколко развит е процесът по защита правата на потребителите в България, кои са основните бариери пред него, какви са пътищата за подобрение, доколко по-активното предлагане на образователни продукти би подпомогнало процеса и на тази база каква роля могат да играят висшите училища, какъв тип образователни продукти биха намерили по- добра пазарна реализация в краткосрочен и средносрочен аспект.
