Abstract

Светът се превърна в сложна система от скачени съдове постоянно преливащи идеи, енергия, информация, блага. В тази глобалната икономика,белязана от взаимосвързаността и взаимозависимостта, поддържането на деликатен баланс осигурява просперитет, а нарушаваното му води до пагубни последици за всички съставни части от сложната система. Релацията национална икономика - международна икономика отстъпва място на релацията регионална икономика - глобална икономика. Националното прерасна в регионално, а международното – в глобално. Националната държава отстъпва част от своя суверенитет в замяна на просперитет, постигнат вследствие на интеграция в регионалния икономически блок.
