Системни Аспекти На Счетоводната Информация За Строително- Монтажните Дейности

Abstract

В статията са изследвани въпросите относно системността на счетоводната информация в стопанските субекти – строителни предп- риятия. Анализиран е системният подход в два аспекта: по отношение на счетоводната система като цяло и по отношение на счетоводното отчитане на строително-монтажните дейности. Особено внимание се отделя на приходите и разходите за строително-монтажни дейности с практическа значимост, както и на съпоставимостта между приходи и разходи, съответно – установяването на резултат. С конкретни примери от практиката са представени регламентираните в МСС 11 / СС 11 Договори за строителство, три модела за надеждно измерване на извършената работа, посредством които изпълнителят може да определи етапа на изпълнение на договора: като съотношение на частта от фактическите разходи по договора, отчетени за строителната работа до момента, към общите разходи по договора, предвиждани в началото; количествени сметки за извършената работа; частта на натуралното изпълнение на работата по договора.
