Статистически Анализ На Здравното Състояние На Населението В България

Abstract

Целта на разработката е да се установят тенденциите и закономерностите в състоянието и динамиката на здравното състояние на населението в България за периода 2010‒2022 г. чрез статистически методи. Описана е системата от показатели за характеризиране на здравното състояние на населението и са представени информационните аспекти на статистическото му изследване в България. Чрез описателни показатели са установени тенденции към нарастване на смъртността и хоспитализациите по класове болести. Тенденциите са моделирани съответно с права линия и със сегментиран линеен тренд. Много силни различия има между структурите на умиранията по причини и на хоспитализациите по класове болести. Структуроопределяща роля при умиранията по причини имат болестите на кръвообращението, а измененията във възрастовата структура на хоспитализациите от тези болести са слаби.
