Abstract

Новите подходи в организационното поведение насочват фокуса към всеобхватно подпомагане на здравето. Целта на тази разработка е да се установи дали има корелация между организационното здраве и личните нагласи за здраве, локусът на контрол и промоцията на здравето на работното място. Обект на изследването са достъпни литературни източници, които разглеждат личната нагласа за здраве и локуса на контрол като фактори, променящи организационното здраве. Предмет на изследването са различните подходи при подобряване на организационното здраве.
