Кръгови Икономически Способи В Методологията За Определяне На Такса Битови Отпадъци

Abstract

настоящата разработка са разгледани най-съществените моменти в темата касаеща начините за определяне на ТБО и кръговата икономика за ефективно оползотворяване на отпадъците. В общ план се представя действащата нормативна уредба, уреждаща отношенията по администриране на такса битови отпадъци. Отчитат се дефектите и перспективите пред нея. Разглеждат се добри модели на определяне и администриране на такса битови отпадъци (ТБО) във Федерална република Германия. В резултат на извлечените добри практики се разработва адаптиран модел за администриране на такса битови отпадъци за прилагане в България, хармонизиран с европейските директиви по отношение управлението на отпадъците. Анализират се ползите и се посочват разходите по въвеждането им.
