Abstract

Обектът на разработката е състоянието на пазара на имуществено застраховане в България. Предметът е свързан с изложеността на риск при имуществените застраховки, а целта е да се установи необходимостта от използване на презастрахователна защита при отделните такива. Един от пътищата за установяване на тази необходимост е изчисляването на коефициента на вариация по отношение на изплатените обезщетения, нето квотата на щетите и вероятността за настъпване на застрахователния случай при отделните имуществени застраховки. В резултат от изследването е постигната целта, тъй като получените резултати доказват и аргументират необходимостта от пре-застрахователна защита по някои от имуществените застраховки, предлагани на застрахователния пазар в България.
