Abstract

Целта на разработката е да се конкретизират изискванията и предимствата на Програмата за осигуряване на качество и усъвършенстване с цел за повишаване качеството на вътрешния одит в публичния сектор. В съдържанието на студията са изложени и се дискутират някои от по-съществените проблеми при практическото приложение на Програмата за осигуряване на качеството и усъвършенстване. На базата на личния професионален опит на автора е изразено конкретно критично отношение към проблемните въпроси относно практическото приложение на Програмата за осигуряване на качество и усъвършенстване на вътрешния одит в публичния сектор.
