Abstract

Публикацията разглежда явлението корпоративна амнезия, която е често срещан проблем както в различни отрасли, така и в различни по големина организации. Поставени са основните проблеми, които се пораждат от това явление, и възможността, то да бъде регулирано с помощта на мониторинг на знанията. Обект на изследването са тацитните или неявните знания в организациите. Целта на настоящата разработка е да проследи появяването на корпоративната амнезия и ефекта й върху организацията.
