Abstract

Целта на настоящата разработка e, посредством представяне в хронологичен аспект на нормативните регулации за защита на интелектуалната собственост и вчастност на авторските права в ЕС да се извърши критичен анализ на финансово-икономическите методи за тяхното оценяване, както и да се оценят адекватността и ефективността на защитата на интелектуалната собственост в страните от ЕС. Изпълнението на поставената цел е постигнато чрез: теоретично изследване на регулаторната рамка в областта на авторското право и сродните му права в Европейския съюз и в България; концептуално изложение на методите за финансово-икономическа оценка на обектите на интелектуалната собственост и оценка на положителните страни и недостатъците на посочените методи за оценка ефективността и адекватността на защитата на обектите на интелектуалната собственост и в частност на авторските и сродните му права.
