Насоки За Усъвършенстване На Организационнатa Култура

Abstract

В настоящата разработка се разглежда идеята за промяна на организационнaта култура, която не зависи от размера на фирмата. Необходимо предусловие за успеха на този процес са възприятията на мениджърите и способността им да създават условия за промяна, както и да мотивират членовете на организацията за постигането й. Целта на студията е да се разработи проект на модел за усъвършенстване на организационната култура, обект на внимание са методите и моделите за изследване на организационната култура. В първата част е разгледана необходимостта от анализ и оценка на организационнaта култура. Във втората част са предложени методи и модели за изследване на организационната култура, в опит да се установят приликите и разликите между тях, а в последната част е представен проект на модел за подобряване на организационната култура.
