Abstract

В настоящото изследване се разглежда европейският механизъм за стабилност (ЕМС) като постоянна институция подкрепена от Европейската централна банка (ЕЦБ), изиграл основна роля в икономическата устойчивост и финансова стабилност на Гърция след засегналата я дългова криза. Създаден на основата на взаимна подкрепа между страните‒членки в ЕС при решаване на кризисни проблеми, той се превръща в институция от съществено значение за еволюцията на Европейския икономически и паричен съюз.
