Abstract

Спецификата и изискванията на учителската професия, измеренията на икономическата активност и заплащането на труда имат определящо значение за формиране на стандарта и качеството на живот и равнището на пенсионноосигурителната защита на учителите. Формирането на нива на заплащане в сферата на образованието около и дори под средните за страната се превръща в традиционно за съвременното българско общество, а механизмът на функциониране на социалното осигуряване трансформира осигурителните права в съответстващи на трудовите доходи на учителите пенсии в неособено високи размери. Цел на настоящата разработка е, в рамките на провокираната дискусия, да предложи механизъм за обвързване и повишаване размерите на учителските пенсии съобразно значимостта и приноса на труда на учителите за развитието и просперитета на българското общество.
