Abstract

В настоящата статия е направено концептуално изследване на същността и значението на дейността по промоция на здравето на работното място и нейното практическо приложение в България. Анализират се основните проблеми в процеса на внедряване на тази дейност у нас в контекста на комплексната дейност по осигуряване на безопасни и здравословни условия на труд. Обосновава се необходимостта от обществено осъзнаване на социално-икономическите и здравни ефекти от здравнопромотивните мероприятия на работното място у нас. Представено е разбирането на автора за възможността от предприемането на конкретни мерки и подходи за подобряване на промоцията на здравето сред работещите в България.
