Abstract

В настоящата разработка са разгледани способностите на държавните институции за сътрудничество и обмен на информация в областта на борбата с финансовите престъпления и данъчните измами. Представени са основните инструменти за взаимопомощ както в национален, така и в международен аспект. Анализирани са текущите тенденции, както и възможностите за бъдещо развитие, като са очертани най-важните области, на които следва да бъде обърнато внимание за подобряване на сътрудничеството между институциите.
