Abstract

Целта на студията е да се разкрият основни аспекти на корпоративната социална отговорност в практиката на фирмите. В тази връзка основните изследователски задачи са свързани с разкриването на нейната същност, представяне и обобщаване на опита в тази област. Тезата, която защитават авторите, е, че корпоративна социална отговорност описва промените, настъпващи в резултат на бурното развитие на техническия прогрес и интелектуализацията на икономиките, които стават причина за промяна в статута и значението на отделните стопански субекти, тъй като чрез тяхното успешно функциониране все по-ярко се откроява взаимната обвързаност между икономическото развитие и общественото благосъстояние, проявяваща се във всичките аспекти и нива на проявление. Като резултат от настоящото изследване са проучени разпространените „добри практики” от Европа и България в сферата на корпоративната социална отговорност. Същите са подложени на задълбочен анализ в контекста на протичащите процеси на национално, европейско и световно ниво.
