Междукултурните Компетенции – Необходим Актив На Съвременния Бизнес

Abstract

Целта на разработката е да се изследва нивото на междукултурните компетенции, които притежават българските ръководители и служители при работата им с представители на чужди култури. Чрез анкетно проучване на фирмено равнище е изследвана ефективността на комуникационния процес между тях, посочени са областите на знание по отношение на чуждата култура, както и са откроени основните пречки и бариери пред българските стопански дейци в процеса на междукултурна комуникация. Задачите, които са поставени в изследването, са свързани с изграждане на теоретична рамка в областта на междукул- турните комуникации, определяне значението на културата и нейните измерения за реализирането на успешен бизнес в мултикултурна среда и дефиниране на основните пречки и бариери пред българските мениджъри и служители в процеса на работата им с представители на чужди култури. Тезата на изследването е, че междукултурната компетентност допринася за постигане на синергетичен ефект в реализирането на бизнес взаимоотношенията между българските и чуждестранните фирми.
