Проучване Иновационната Активност На Частния И Публичния Сектор В Дунавския Регион

Abstract

Основна цел на студията е да проучи активността на бизнеса и местните власти в Дунавския регион по отношение на търсенето и създаването на знание и нововъведения. Задачите са: да се изследва потребностите от нововъведения в частния и публичния сектор в Дунавския регион и да се дадат конкретни препоръки и мерки за повишаването на тяхната иновационна активност. Основна теза,застъпена в разработката, е, че търсенето на знание и иновации от страна на местния бизнес и администрация е недостатъчно, но може и следва да е провокирано от явното и тацитно знание, обменяно между предприемачите в регионалните иновационни системи. В студията са систематизирани резултатите от много- мерния количествен анализ на иновационните потребности на обществения и бизнес сектор. За решаване на разкритите от проучването проблеми са изведени конкретни препоръки и мерки, които да подпомогнат създаването на креативна местна среда, по-пълното експлоатиране на ендогенния потенциал на Дунавския регион и да улеснят дифузията на знанието и иновациите както в бизнес организациите, така и в процеса на работа на местните власти.
