Състояние И Насоки За Подобряване Енергийната Ефективност На Недвижимите Имоти В България

Abstract

Целта на научното изследване е, на основата на емпирично проучване състоянието на пазара на недвижимите имоти в България, да се очертаят насоки и препоръки за изпълнение на поетите ангажименти по европейските директиви,свързани с промените в климата и енергийната ефективност, допринасящи за излизане от кризата на изследвания пазар и неговото устойчиво развитие. За постигане на целта са дефинирани следните задачи: изясняване на стратегията на Европейския съюз за енергийната ефективност; очертаване мястото и ролята на недвижимите имоти от сграден тип в икономиката на страната;разработване на модел за професионално домоуправление на жилищните сгради като продукт, предоставян от агенциите за недвижими имоти, способен да благоприятства повишаването на енергийната им ефективност.Основната изследователска теза е, че повишаването на енергийната ефек- тивност на сградите е от съществено значение за стабилизирането и устойчивото развитие на пазара на недвижими имоти, като предлага дългосрочни ползи за собствениците и ползвателите на имоти. Ключови думи: енергийна ефективност, недвижими имоти, агенции за недвижими имоти, професионално домоуправление.
