Предиктивен Анализ На Търсенето На Пакетни Телекомуникационни Услуги С Дискретни Изборни Модели

Abstract

Обект на настоящото изследване е потребителският избор на пакетни телекомуникационни услуги, а предмет – възможностите за неговото обясняване и предсказване на базата на меню базирани изборни модели. В студията се демонстрира как с помощта на интерактивен уеббазиран конджойнт алгоритъм, условен мултиномиален логит модел и йерархична бейсова регресия могат да бъдат оценени частните оценки за полезност на основните компоненти на цифрови телекомуникационни услуги за дома. На базата на емпиричните оценки на предпочитанията се съставя аналитичен симулационен модел за предиктивен анализ на структурата на търсенето при алтернативни сценарии. Целта е да се предложат и демонстрират някои възможности за оптимално планиране на продуктовия микс от пакетни предложения, които да съответстват на очакванията и на готовността за плащане на реалните и потенциалните потребители.
