Банковият Сектор В Условията На Криза

Abstract

Банковите кризи са скъпи за икономиката, не само поради високите преки спасителни разходи, но и поради негативните последици върху икономиката посредством ограничаване на достъпа до кредитните ресурси, негативното влияние върху цената на държавния дълг и тези на ценните книжа на местните компании, както и възможната обезценка на националната валута. Целта на настоящото изследване са изясняване на причините за възникване и трансмисион- ните механизми на Световната финансова криза от 2007 година, като в него ще се отстоява следната теза: ефективното управление на рисковете във финансовия сектор на международно ниво е единственият способ за предотвратяване на бъде- щи глобални финансови кризи. Във връзка с това се дефинират и следните основ- ни задачи: (1) изясняване на факторите за възникване на банкови кризи, и част- ност – на Световната финансова криза от 2007 година, (2) разглеждане на транс- мисионните механизми на заразяване в международния банков сектор, (3) изслед- ване въздействието на Световната финансова криза върху банковия сектор и (4) анализ на възможните политики за управление на рисковете в банковата система и нейното укрепване.
