Аутсорсинг Възможности За Повишаване Конкурентната Способност На Машиностроителните Предприятия

Abstract

Настоящото изследване е насочено към идентифициране на възможностите, които предоставя аутсорсингът за повишаване конкурентната способност на машиностроителните предприятия. За постигането на така формулираната цел са решени следните основни задачи: първо, проучени и оценени са състоянието на машиностроителните предприятия и са очертани перспективите пред тяхното развитие; второ, анализирани и оценени са възможностите за придобиване на конкурентни предимства чрез използване потенциала на аутсорсинга; трето, въз основа на емпирично проучване е анализирана и оценена степента на използване на тези възможности. В проучването участват 26 машиностроителни предприятия от област Велико Търново. Въз основа на получената от анкетните карти информация са разкрити състоянието на предприятията, приложението на аутсорсинга,функциите и дейностите, които най-често се отдават за изпълнение на външни специализирани организации, както и различните конкурентни предимства, получени в резултат на прилагането на този бизнес модел.
