Сигнални Параметри На Скритата Икономика В България

Abstract

Глобалната финансово-икономическа криза след началото на настоящия век предизвика възникването и разрушителното действие на редица катаклизми по отношение и на държавната финансова политика. Разривите в държавните бюджети, крайно неадекватният социален обществен статус и влошаването на основните макропоказатели, измерващи „пулса” на националната и световната икономика, за пореден път поставиха акцент върху измеренията на скритата икономика.Наличието на скрита икономика е индикативен сигнал за липсата на доверие в държавната финансова политика и неефективността на националната икономическа политика. Същевременно упражняването на скрити икономически практики влияе върху икономическия растеж, производителността, конкурентоспособността, икономическата и финансовата държавна политика. Във връзка с това основната цел на разработката е да се анализират измеренията на скритата икономика и свързаната с нея проблематика и да се изследва реалното й проявление в България, вкл. да се предложат опции за ограничаването му.
