Причини За Измененията В Обема И Качеството На Потребителските Кредити, Отпускани От Търговските Банки В България

Abstract

Високата кредитна активност на търговските банки в България по отношение на граждани и домакинства непосредствено преди навлизането на последиците от световната икономическа криза, както и стремежът на населението у нас за поддържане на качествен жизнен стандарт, са основни причини, които засилват тежестта на заемите с цел крайно потребление в кредитните портфейли на банковите институции. С влошаването на икономическите показатели в страната след началото на 2009 г. банковите институции се принуждават да променят поведението си на кредитния пазар и да търсят ефективни начини за ограничаване на непрекъснато увеличаващия се дял от необслужвани потребителски заеми сред населението. Целта на настоящото изследване да проследи тенденциите при промяната в обема и качеството на общия портфейл от потребителски заеми на банковата система за периода декември 2006 – юни 2012 г. и да се посочат основните причини за влошаване качеството на кредитите за текущи цели, отпускани от търговските банки у нас.
