Обучението На Персонала – Генератор На Фирмени Знания

Abstract

Настоящата студия е естествено продължение на дългогодишния интерес на авторите към фирмените знания и подходите за тяхното управление, намиращ израз в разработването на три научни проекта и множество публикации в тази област на науката. Тъй като знанията придобиват все по-ключово значение за съществуването, развитието и просперитета на компаниите в днешните икономически условия, на преден план се появява въпросът за подходите (начините) за придобиване на нови фирмени знания. Един от тези начини е обучението на персонала. Днес, в условията на криза, недостигът на финансов ресурс в българските предприятия силно ограничава използването на други, познати в бизнес практиката методи. Ето защо обучението на персонала се превръща в най-достъпния метод за генериране на необходимите, съобразени със спецификата на бизнес процесите на предприятието, знания. В тази връзка в настоящата студия се анализира степента, в която българските компании се възползват от възможностите, които им дава обучението за генериране на нови фирмени знания, както и проблемите, които съпътстват неговото осъществяване.
