Abstract

Анализираните в теоретичен и практикоприложен аспект проблеми на финансирането на здравеопазването са изключително актуални днес, особено в условията на финансово-икономическа криза и социална несигурност. Внимани- ето е насочено към такива здравни политики и решения, които способстват за фискалната устойчивост на здравните системи, прозрачност посредством въвеж- дането на нови правила за остойностяване на медицинската помощ и електронно- то здравеопазване. В научната разработка детайлизирано са проучени предизвикателствата пред ресурсното осигуряване на здравеопазването с хоризонт 2020 год. както през призмата на националната практика, така и в контекста на възможностите за реьшаването им в европейски и глобален аспект.
