Abstract

Електронното здравеопазване е бързо развиваща се област, в която си вза- имодействат медицинската информатика, общественото здравеопазване, предла- гането на здравни услуги и информация чрез използване на съвременни информа- ционни и комуникационни технологии. Стратегическата цел при въвеждане на електронното здравеопазване е подобряване на здравното състояние и качеството на живот на българските граждани чрез осигуряване на достъп до качествени здравни услуги. Предвид на това настоящото изследване разкрива актуалното състояние на информационните системи в лечебните заведения и очертава възможните перс- пективи за тяхното развитие и усъвършенстване чрез прилагането на съвременни и ефективни информационни технологии.
