Участие На Жените Предприемачи В Селското Стопанство

Abstract

Насърчаването на предприемачеството е една от основните насоки на съвременната европейска политика за малките и средните предприятия. Особено внимание се отделя на жените предприемачи и на потенциалните бъдещи пред- приемачи. Актуалността на тези проблеми предизвиква научен интерес у изследо- вателите и е база за определяне на обектите на настоящото изследване. В литературата съществуват различни подходи, които могат да бъдат приложени при дефиниране характеристиките на жените предприемачи и мотивацията на младите предприемачи. В разработката е построен концептуален модел, който е използван като методологическа основа за провеждане на проучването в областта на селското стопанство.
