Изследване Влиянието На Публично- Частните Партньорства Върху Икономиката

Abstract

Наличието на модерна и качествена инфраструктура е основен стимул за икономически растеж и оттам за повишаване на жизнения стандарт на населението. В процеса на своето икономическо развитие нашата страна се нуждае от модерни и алтернативни решения в областта на публичните услуги и от модернизиране на инфраструктурата и комуналните дейности. Международната практика показва, че публично-частното партньорство (ПЧП) е един от успешните финансови инструменти за осигуряване на инвестиции в публичната инфраструктура, когато държавният и общинските бюджети не разполагат с необходимия финансов ресурс и искат да осигурят по-добра стойност на вложените публични средства. Настоящият проект се базира на теоретично осмисляне на същността и възможностите на публично-частните партньорства, както и емпирично изследване на функциониращи публично-частни партньорства в общините на област Велико Търново.
