Abstract

С все по-широкото навлизане на съвременни компютърни технологии във всички аспекти на обществения живот и в частност във всички области на модерното образование, подпомаганото от компютри езиково обучение (Computer- Assisted Language Learning – CALL) добива все по-голяма популярност като иновативен метод за подобряване качеството на чуждо-езиковото обучение. Измерителите за по-добро качество на обучението по чужд език, подпомагано от компютри, са повишената производителност, резултатност, достъпност, удобство, мотивация и институционална ефективност. Настоящата студия има за цел да представи някои ключови теоретични постановки относно ефективността на иновативните методи в чуждо-езиково обучение и тяхното приложение в академичната практика, както и резултатите от проучване, направено от екип по проект “Влияние на иновативните компютърни технологии върху ефективността на обучението по чужд език в СА “Д. А. Ценов” в стремежа към повишаване качеството на предоставяното обучение по чужди езици чрез добавяне на стойност към образователния продукт.
