Разработване На Концептуален Модел За Системен Подход При Избор На Международен Пазар

Abstract

Изборът на международен пазар е едно от най-важните решения в стратегическото управление на предприятието. Въпреки тази негова важност, често решенията се основат на интуицията. С развитието на технологиите и засилената дигитализация на икономическите процеси, предприятията ще изпитват нужда от формализиран и системен качествен, и количествен анализ на международните пазари. В основата на настоящият проект стоят два замисъла – научен и обучителен. Научният замисъл е постигнат чрез търсене и обобщаване на успешния опит на чуждестранните изследователи и компании по отношение избора на международни пазари за интернационализиране. Обучителният замисъл е постигнат прилагайки метода “учене чрез правене” (Learning by doing) и чрез споделяне на личен опит и менторство.
