Персоналните Финанси - Първично Звено На Финансовата Система

Abstract

Реализирането на проект “Персоналните финанси - първично звено на финансовата система” даде възможност за установяване на спецификата на персоналните финанси, сферата на тяхното формиране и взаимовръзката им с останалите елементи на финансовата система. Проведеното анкетно проучване установи състоянието и тенденциите в изменението на персоналните доходи и разходи и умението на индивидите за управление на персоналните парични потоци. Доказана е основната теза на научното изследване: “Персоналните финанси имат специфична връзка с останалите елементи на финансовата система, зависят от цикличността на икономическите процеси, оказват пряко влияние върху макроикономическата рамка и изискват специфични персонални познания за повишаване ефективността на управлението.” В процеса на реализиране на проекта е разработена методика за управление на персоналните финанси и е изграден център по управление на персоналните финанси към факултет “Финанси”.
