Изследване На Връзката – Външни Екологични Разходи И Екоефективност При Производството На Енергия

Abstract

Разработването на надеждни методики за оценка на вредните влияния от производството и потреблението на стоки и услуги върху състоянието на околната среда е голямо предизвикателство пред научната общност. Наред със съществуващите индикатори, индекси и други оценъчни нструменти, в последните години стават все по-актуални количествените методи за оценяване на тези влияния. С повишаване на надеждността на тези методи актуален става въпросът как те да бъдат интегрирани в схеми за оценка на екоефективността на стоки и услуги. Целта на настоящия проект е да бъде предложена една такава схема за използване на външните екологични разходи в оценката на екоефективността. За тази цел, след подробен анализ на известните от литературата резултати, в настоящия проект са предложени основните стъпки на интегрираната схема, разгледани са подходи за оценка на екоефективността на макро равнище, софтуерните продукти, които се използват за целта и системите за подпомагане вземането на решения. Извършени са математически изчисления и са получени конкретни резултати.
