Оценка На Въздействието На Структурните Фондове Върху Местното Икономическо Развитие

Abstract

Цел на настоящото изследване е да се направи оценка на въздействието на структурните фондове върху местното икономическо развитие. Като целеви общини в проектното предложение са дефинирани Белене и Никопол. Избрани са малки общини, в които административният капацитетът е относително малък. Обект на изследване са общинските планове за развитие на целевите общини, в които са дефинирани приоритетите и мерките за финансиране от структурните фондове. Тяхното изпълнение ще допринесе за местното икономическо развитие. Предмет на изследване е въздействието на мерките по структурните фондове, които вече са стартирали или са изпълнени, върху развитието на общината. В хода на изследването бе адаптирана методологията за оценка на въздействието към характеристиките на малките общини. Проведена е оценка на въздействие за община Белене. Изготвен е анализ на резултатите от оценката на въздействие и са направени препоръки към местната и централната власт.
