Abstract

Обект на изследване е съществуващата счетоводна практика по от- ношение на представянето и оповестяването на информацията в годишните финансовите отчети (ГФО) на търговските банки и бюджетните предприятия у нас. Основната теза, която се защитава е, че съществуват възможности за усъвършенстване на структура и съдържанието на финансовите отчети на банките и бюджетните предприятия, с оглед осигуряване на прозрачност на финансовата информация, която да гарантира извършването на точни изводи и оценки от потребителите на информация от финансовите отчети и вземане на адекватни икономически решения. В резултат на апробацията им в практиката на банковите и бюджетните предприятия, ще се получи информационен ресурс, който ще бъде полезен за пазарните участници и обществото, а това е важно условие за поддържане на ефективност на пазара.
