Аутсорсингът В Българските Предприятия (Приложение, Рискове, Ефекти)

Abstract

Настоящето изследване е насочено към установяване приложени- ето в българските предприятия на аутсорсинга като бизнес модел, рисковете и ефектите от неговото използване. Резултатите от изследването показват, че по-голямата част от стопанските субекти прилагат аутсорсинг в различна степен и под различни форми. Установени са основните положителни ефекти, получени в резултат на възлагането на външни изпълнители на функции, дейности и процеси, които преди са осъществявани със собствени ресурси в рамките на предприятието – по-високо качество на про- дуктите/услугите, достъп до специфичните знания и опита на аутсорсинг партньора, оптимизиране числеността на персонала, икономия на време, намаляване на разходите и др. В същото време са идентифицирани и възможните рискове от прилагането на тази бизнес стратегия – изтичане на вътрешнофирмена информация и ноу-хау, изпадане в зависимост от аутсорсинг партньора, неспазване на аутсорсинг договора и др. Формулирани са редица изводи и са обосновани идеи за успешното прилагане на аутсорсинга в българските предприятия.
