Изследване На Факторите, Детерминиращи Производителността На Труда В България На Ниво Отрасъл

Abstract

Българската икономика се характеризира с едно от най-ниските равнища на производителност на труда в рамките на ЕС. С оглед разкриване на причините за този проблем в настоящото изследване са анализирани факторите, детерминиращи производителността на труда на дезагрегирано равнище. Изследвани са годишни данни за четиринадесет отрасъла в рамките на периода, обхващащ 2001- 2007 година. Използван е метода на Зелнър за параметризиране на системи от едновременни уравнения, чрез който е оценено влиянието на шест селектирани фактора върху производителността на отраслово ниво. Установено е диференцирано, и разнопосочно влияние на отделните фактори по отрасли: негативно влияние на разходите за ДМА в селското стопанство, положително влияние на равнището на работната заплата в повечето отрасли с изключение на добивната промишленост, слабо влияние (а в някои отрасли липса на такова) на ПЧИ и силно изразено влияние на инфлацията.
