Проучване Възможностите За Изграждане На Система За Проектно Управление В „Комплекс Марица Изток” – Методологически И Практико-Приложни Аспекти

Abstract

Акцент в изследването се поставя върху възможността да се усъ- вършенства системата за проектно управление, като се сформира звено, което да управлява портфейла от проекти (Офис по проектно управление). При изграждането и функционирането на Офиса по проектно управление се обръща внимание върху екипния и проектния подход. Особено място в процеса заемат проектното мислене и проявата на проектно поведение, адекватно с дадената ситуация. Представен е модел за функциониране на система за проектно управление. Разработена е методика за развитие и усъвършенстване на системата за проектно управление в проектно-ориентираните организации. Методиката е апробирана в реална среда. Получените резултати са анализирани и на тяхна база се формулират изводи, препоръки и се разкриват перспективи за развитие и усъвършенстване на системите за проектно управление в изследваните организации.
