Рейтингова Система За Оценка На Общинските Финанси

Abstract

В настоящото изследване се поставя акцент върху публичния сек- тор в системата на националната икономика, териториално - админист-ративното деление в страните от Европа и света и анализ на финансовите параметри от бюджетите на българските общини. На базата на емпирични данни се прави сравнителен анализ на социално - икономическото управление на местните фискални единици от областите Плевен и Ловеч. Посредством метода на експертната оценка се поставя рейтингова оценка на всяка от тях.
