Проблеми На Качеството В Агробизнеса

Abstract

Качеството на продукцията и храните е основен приоритет и зада- ча на агробизнеса в ЕС и у нас. Поради това е обект на изследване и разработване на строги правила за безопасност и контрол при производството, преработката, транспорта, съхранението и продажбата на продуктите от земеделски произход, т.е. “от фермата до вилицата”. Проектът изследва същността на качеството в агробизнеса, правилата на неговото управление чрез въвеждането на стандарти – международни, европейски, хармонизирани, доброволни и задължителни, които са в основата на подобряването на конкурентоспособността на фирмите от отрасъла: ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ONSAS 18000, ISO 22000, ISO 28000, НАССР, BRC Global Standard, IFS, EurepGap и др.На тяхна основа се разработват и интегрирани системи за управление на качеството. Наред с това се изследва и политиката на ЕС в областта на конкуренцията, основана на качеството и насочена към подкрепа на усилията на земеделските производители в борбата за европейско качество, отразени от «БЯЛА КНИГА за безопасността на храните» и «ЗЕЛЕНА КНИГА относно качеството на селскостопанските продукти» както и на конкретните мерки на Общата селскостопанска политика на ЕС за подпомагане на производителите в тази насока.
