Abstract

Формирането на новата икономика и създаването на благоприятни условия за нейното по-нататъшно развитие е сериозно предизвикателство за всяка страна. Успешната адаптация към съвременния модел на икономическо развитие неизменно е свързана с развитието на човешкия капитал. Създаването на адекватен човешки капитал в България е труден и продължителен процес. Важна роля в този процес изпълняват фирмите, които не само използват натрупаните знания и умения на кадрите, но и активно трябва да участват в тяхното изграждане и по-нататъшно развитие. Настоящата студия представя резултатите от изследователски проект „Ролята на бизнеса за повишаване качеството на човешкия капитал в България”, насочен към проучване на текущото състояние на човешкия капитал в българските фирми, възможностите за развитие на кадрите на фирмено равнище, разбирането и нагласите на работодателите в това отношение, трудностите и евентуалните решения на проблема.
