Abstract

Изследването на управленските, финансовите и социално-иконо- мическите проблеми на формирането и развитието на работната сила в здравеопазването е необходимо за диагностициране състоянието на системата и разработването на механизми, способстващи тяхното решаване. Сериозните нерешени проблеми, стоящи пред българското здравеопазване, могат да намерят решение чрез изработване на научно обосновани и адекватни на съвременните изисквания методики за управление на ресурсния потенциал, които да са съобразени с националните приоритети от Здравната стратегия на Република България. Един от основните приоритети в областта на управлението на работната сила в здравеопазването е създаването на макети от показатели, които да взаимодействат помежду си по подобие на балансираните системи от показатели. Тези макети ще захранват информационния входа на система за управление. Те могат да спомогнат за усъвършенстване на Националната здравна карта и на другите нормативни документи в тази област.
